2011 WNYOA AWARDS BANQUET RSVP FORM
Please come and join us on SATURDAY, JANUARY 28, 2012 at the AUBURN HOLIDAY INN, 75 North Street, Auburn, NY 13021 for WNYOA’s Year-End Banquet to celebrate the accomplishments and advancements of the 2010 season. There
will be 100% awards for all riders that have achieved the minimum 2011 WNYOA series requirements of 8 events for hare scrambles
and/or 8 events for enduros. We will be giving WNYOA Dedication, Survivor and Moose Racing awards, as well
as other promotional items that have been received from our supporters.

Salad, Bowtie Pasta Salad, Tomato, Cucumber & Mozzarella Salad, Roast turkey with stuffing, Slow braised
round of beef, pan gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetable, rolls and butter, beverage service and dessert.

Holiday Inn Hotel Room RSVP: 1-315-253-4531 - You must indicate the code “OFF” to obtain
the WNYOA group rate of $72.00 + tax. For those that arrive and will also be staying overnight
on Friday, January 27, 2012, a special room rate of $49.00 + tax will be available for Friday night only. You will only receive these rates with paid banquet reservations.
Afternoon Youth Banquet Program Price: $18.00
for adults (including mini A riders) and Non-riders under 12; $15 for Mini B&C riders including 90cc youth quad riders;
$10 for Pee Wee riders (bike & quad 50-70cc). Evening Program Banquet Price: $30.00 per person (including
mini A riders); $15 for Mini B&C riders including 90cc Youth Quad riders; $10 for Pee Wee riders (bike & quad 50-70cc);
and $20 for Non-riders under 12. Participation in Both Programs: $42 for adults (including mini A riders); $39 for Non-riders under 12; $25 for Mini B&C riders including 90cc Youth Quad riders; $15 for Pee Wee
riders (bike & quad 50-70cc). Banquet RSVP will
be limited to ‘850’ pre-paid reservations. ‘Walk-ins’ will only
be accepted if space is available and will be charged an additional $20.00 per person. No reserved seating allowed
If you do not wish to attend the banquet, you may only pick up your award from
3:00 – 4:00 pm on Saturday.
